Jeff has been writing and playing music since he was seven years old. He began composing
professionally in the 90’s when he started working as the in-house composer for a large
Vancouver based internet company as well as starting a film career on the side. In 2000, Jeff
formed Green Wire Music & Audio with sound designer Dave Stephens, and in 2002 Base 9
Studios was born, a collective of independent film production professionals.
Jeff has done the music for several independent films, such as Flush (Guy Running Productions/Base 9 Films), Captain Mercury and the Escape From The Planet Funk (CineGuapo Films), Subhuman (Somnambulist Imagery), and The Shell (Base 9 Studios) as well as the TV series
Animal Miracles.
In 2002, he began working in the video game world doing the score for the Electronic Arts game James Bond: 007
Nightfire, and since has written music for the Radical Entertainment game The Simpsons: Hit & Run and more spy
music for James Bond: Everything or Nothing.
Other credits include music and sound design for Digipen Institute of Technology, St John's Ambulance, The Royal
Canadian Armed Forces, Nintendo Japan, Starnet Communications Inc., Umbrellite, Dreamvision Software and
World Gaming Inc.
